Carolina room creation

Client requested we alter their existing rear deck. They were wanting a two tier deck with the upper section being enclosed creating a four season Carolina Room. The lower deck was eventually, omitted from the project. The upper deck was expanded, new railing installed, new roof framing, sliding "Eze-Breeze" windows and etc...
