My client had a second row 70's beach cottage that we toured together We walked the home we discussed how could the layout and exterior appearance be made more modern. This is where the full team came to the fore. We discussed our initial thought with Hammerhead Custom builder. It was determined the cottage was too far-gone and it would be more cost effective to raze the house and build anew.

On a tight corner lot, we decided to make use to the airspace, and we went vertical. We made sure to have the in-ground pool as an integral part of the ground level. We created 6 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms home, which feature and open floor plan. Both the first and second floors have a central gathering space. Th ground floor level has covered outside seating just steps from the pool.
