In 2016 Will Guenther helped me renovate a 1988 townhouse overlooking the inland waterway. The design needed was to totally open the first floor as well as incorporate an elevator through 4 floors. I met Will over 10 years ago when he was the project Architect on a complicated multi million dollar oceanfront home my company was building. This is not an easy position to fill and he did an excellent job. We formed a good relationship and for more than a decade Will has done design and CAD drafting work for my company.
I have found him to have superior design skills, takes direction very well, completes his work on time and has respect for budget constraints.
